The spring semester is an exciting and busy time at LaSalle-Peru Township High School. One of the events of this semester is the state testing window. These dates are very important to our students and our district. Students involved in testing include freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, and testing will be conducted on the days and at the times shown below.
Tuesday, April 1: Juniors take the ACT with writing exam; no school for all other students.
Wednesday, April 2: Freshmen take the PreACT 9 and Sophomores take the PreACT; no school for Juniors and Seniors.
During the LaSalle-Peru Township High School High Scholarship Legion Honors Program on the evening of February 27, 2025, students were recognized for earning High Scholarship status for multiple semesters. High scholarship awards are presented to those students that have a G.P.A of at least 3.50. Students who have been awarded with High Scholarship Legion for three semesters will receive a pin. Students who have earned this recognition for five or seven semesters will receive a medal. These pins and medals may be worn at graduation.
LaSalle-Peru Township High School seniors Jordan Whaley and Devin Zborowski were crowned Daisy Mae and Li'l Abner at the school’s Sadie Hawkins dance this past weekend. The theme of the dance was “Under the Sea.”
