LPHS Board Approves Reopening Plan (August 5, 2021)

Dear L-P Community,

At this evening's special Board of Education meeting, the 2021-2022 L-P Reopening Plan and SHIELD testing program were unanimously approved by the Board.

I will be sending more information about the SHIELD program to families and how you can take advantage of this COVID-19 screening option and the potential benefits to have your kids participate. It is optional.

We are excited to see the return to full-day in-person learning at L-P! I'm going to share that the first two weeks of school are going to have some incredible events planned to celebrate the return of students and staff. We intend for this to become part of "what we do at L-P" to kick-off a new school year in the future......more on that soon!

In the meantime, please enjoy the remaining days of summer vacation! We can't wait to see staff next Monday and students on Wednesday!
