Bid/Proposal Documents
Bids are invited for the provision of supplying fresh bakery products to LaSalle-Peru Township High School District No. 120 for the 2026-2027 school year. There is one (1) school in our district which serves approximately 1250 students.
We are interested in prices on:
1)Whole grain wheat bread
2)Whole grain hamburger buns
3)Whole grain hot dog buns
Bid specifications may be obtained in the District Office at LaSalle-Peru Township High School District No. 120, 541 Chartres Street, LaSalle, IL 61301 or downloaded from the District website at www.lphs.net. All bid proposals shall be in writing by first class mail, or by personal delivery to the District Office, addressed to Ingrid Cushing, Interim Superintendent, LaSalle-Peru Township High School District No. 120, 541 Chartres Street, LaSalle, IL 61301, and received on or before 11:30 am prevailing time on April 21, 2026. No bid proposals will be accepted after that time and date. All bid proposals shall be opened and publicly read at 11:30 am prevailing time and presented at the Board of Education meeting to be held on April 22, 2026, at 6:00 pm. The Board of Education of LaSalle-Peru Township High School District No. 120 reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
