Transition Program

This program is for students with cognitive disabilities who choose to stay at LPHS beyond the 4 years and have attained all of their credits needed for graduation. It is community-based and is designed to provide the student with appropriate work experience based on the student’s ability level. The curriculum is individually developed according to the student’s needs and transition plans following graduation from LPHS.
