I recently received my tenure for teaching at Lasalle-Peru High School. Before coming to LP I was a graduate of Ottawa High school and went on to IVCC to get my associate's degree.
While at IVCC I decided to switch my direction in life and head to Illinois State University to become a math teacher. After ISU I spent a year subbing around the Illinois Valley and was lucky enough to be hired at LP.
My two biggest interest outside of teaching are my family and sports. I am a huge fan of the Bears, Blackhawks, White Sox and Bulls and enjoy catching a live game when I can.
